Suppose you wanted to change the rules of youth ministry, how it's understood, what it accomplishes. How would you do it?

One place I'd start: youth group alumni. Talk with young adults who were once in youth groups but no longer in the church. Ask them to reflect on their experience in youth ministry -- what it meant to them, and what it didn't.
