Kansas City is great!

Pam and I are enjoying our time here in KC.
Yesterday we walked around the plaza and ate at Mcormick and Smick's.
I had the cashew crusted tilipia and Pam really enjoyed the Romano crusted Mahi.
hmmmm.

today we will eat at the California Pizza Kitchen. I was introduced to CPK by my friends Chris and Mike on a visit to Chicago a few years ago. Then off to the Nelson-Atkins Museum.

If you're near the Plaza and like awesome food, you've got to try the Kona Grill. Their signature dish is a macadamia chicken and is amazing. Make sure you start off with the shrimp tempura rolls and the california rolls though...very good, though a little pricey.

If you're looking for one of the best bbq's in town, check out Jack's Stacks down by Union Station.

Sean, we just got back from Jack's Stacks...oh man... it was amazing...
cheesy corn, baby back ribs, spicy bbq beans....

then we stopped by the cheesecake factory and bought a couple slices of cheesecase to take back up to the room with us.
they are in the mini frig right now waiting for us.
