Workout:4-4-08: "Cindy"

"Cindy" workout

5 pullups ( I had a small jump in each)
10 pushups
15 squats

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes.

I did 11.

High puke factor.

    "gimpy" workout

    100 limps
    4 hot wet towels on elevated knee
    2 vicodins

    low puke factor, but high ooze factor.
