Vacation Post Three
On Wednesday we slept in a bit (7:30am PST which rocks for Mikayla!)
Then we drove thru La Jolla where our hotel was (Marriott Reward points and travel away from families pays off!) then we drove over to Coronado island and at at Miguel's which is my favorite and only place I've ever eaten on Coronado. My buddy Dave lives there, but he was in michigan the day were there. Then we dropped $10 and rented a boogey board and hit the beach. And that my friends was fun. Zach and I wandered out to about my chest deep with big waves over our heads and had a ball. Jaden caught waves at about knee level and enjoyed those too, then Mikayla and Jaden buried Pam.
Zach asked, "Is this a sport?"
Me: "Yes, I suppose it is."
Zach: "Is it exercise?"
Me: "Yes, it is."
Zach "I think this is my sport"
Me: "Cool. But you realize that we live in oklahoma? Right?"
Zach: "Yeah"
