Don, a Senior Pastor in No Cal got his office Tee-Peed in retaliation. He knew he deserved it. More church staff team's might think about building relationships that allow for this kind of interaction.

Wanna hear a great one?
Having heard that the new arriving senior pastor was really into doing fun stuff with the youth group = the senior group arranged a secret mission to "welcome" him to the church.
While he and his unsuspecting family were at the church "welcome concert" (!?), they wrapped the entire exterior of his new house with commercial grade clingwrap. Several layers deep. Right around.
Truly awesome. Thankfully he thought it was hilarious and consequently declared prank war.
That's my roommate's dad's office from Seminary. Don's a great guy and so is Luke.
