Interesting. An example of not only social change, but a "call to involvement" or rather an "opportunity for involvement" replacing a preconstructed, and socially accepted norm.

Took me a bit to figure out where he was going with his presentation, but it came together and I love the idea of participation rather than viewership. "At least they're doing something." It's the equivalent of playing in the football game, or at least being the waterboy in the game or mowing the lawn for the game rather than just watching it from the stands. The idea that we have some participatory say in something. ANd even on a microscopic level, when accumulated with everyone else's microscopic amount, yields something HUGE!

Great post Mark. Missed you lately.

church = passive consumer

kingdom = participate and share.

Who is peaking out from behind our church and asking where the mouse is?

This is a great framework. Good ideas. I cannot wait to see what our kids come up with when it comes to the kingdom.
