It's been this way for years. I've said it before. Business does evangelism better than we do. So, what does this mean for the church?

Guy Kawasaki, the original Apple Computer "evangelist" (his actual title) is a great resource for learning about evangelism.
His books though aimed at business are also very relevant to a ministry.
