I could use some prayer. I'm feeling very trapped, like my hands have been tied. I lead our junior and senior high groups--alone. I have so many thoughts and ideas of things I want to do and for them for learn, but it's just me. I have three jobs and am taking seminary classes, so I'm strapped for time. Money is always an issue as well. I've tried to recruit people, to give them my vision, to get them excited and to care about these kids, but I'm lucky to get another adult in the room to "assist" me, let alone take a real interest in them. We have a high school that's a mess and it's killing me that I can't seem to get in there. It just seems that everything I think of I don't have the time, or the man power, or the money to do it. I could go on, but I don't want this to turn into a rant. Basically I'm frustrated and getting discouraged, wondering if things are ever going to change. Please pray that I get help--real help--from people who have a passion for youth and sharing Jesus and seeing His Kingdom advance. Please pray that finances would open up, so we could actually have a budget with money in it. And pray that I would have the physical time to accomplish some of this stuff. Which ultimately leads back to laborers, because more people means opening up of time and money, so pray for more people.
